The Fish Tandoori is an Indian recipe of marinated fish with spices, cooked in a tandoor, a traditional clay oven. However, most modern recipes use a traditional oven or grill for cooking. Here’s a basic recipe to prepare Fish Tandoori:

- 500 grams of fish (of your choice), cut into cubes
- 1 cup of thick Greek yogurt

- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, salt, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, black pepper, and red chili powder.
- Add the fish to the bowl and coat it well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Arrange the fish cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and golden brown.
